As Learn To Be scaled, new tutors were dropped into a dashboard without clear next steps. Profile completion requirements were not communicated clearly, delaying student connections and increasing early drop-off. Activation stalled before tutors reached their first meaningful action.
As Learn To Be scaled, new tutors were dropped into a dashboard without clear next steps. Profile completion requirements were not communicated clearly, delaying student connections and increasing early drop-off. Activation stalled before tutors reached their first meaningful action.
I introduced a guided onboarding experience tailored specifically for first-time tutors. Progress indicators, checklists, and clearer navigation reduced uncertainty and directed tutors toward profile completion and their first connection request.
The “find a student” experience was streamlined by consolidating filters, improving hierarchy, and reducing visual noise. Returning tutors gained clearer visibility into upcoming sessions, while new tutors experienced a structured path toward activation.
